Additional Fees and Terms
Container Fees for Storage and Packaging-
There are two types of containers that can be used during the personal chef service, freezer quality Pyrex/Corning ware or plastic disposable containers. The reusable glassware option is recommended because of the fitted lids and the ability to go from freezer to oven. There is a one time fee for the reusable glassware containers, usually ranging from $70.00 to $150.00 depending on the size of your family. The containers will stay at your home and are yours to keep. They will be used as the storage containers for the duration of your personal chef service. As for disposable storage containers a $15.00 container fee will be charged every cook date.
Cancellation and Refund Policy-
Cancellation: Please allow 2 days notice if the scheduled cook date needs to be cancelled. If groceries have been purchased and the cook date is cancelled, the client will be billed for those items. If groceries have been purchased and The Everyday Gourmet is denied access to the home because of vacation or alternate access, the client will be billed for groceries and a service fee of $300.00.
Cook Date Change: A $20.00 fee will be charged if the agreed upon cook date needs to be changed. If The Everyday Gourmet changes the cook date. an additional entree will be provided to the client at no cost.
Deposit Refunds: Client deposit is refundable if the 2 day cancellation notice is met.
