Cooking has always been a sore subject for me. I’ve always dreaded the question “What’s for dinner”. Chef Christy has made that question easier for me. We have pre cooked meals at our fingertips and all we have to do is follow her heating instructions. Christy's style of cooking is healthy, creative and delicious. She truly caters to our personal preferences, which she has taken the time to learn. I recommend her to everyone I know. Regardless of our needs - dinner for two or a party for fifty - she's the first one we call. Not only is she a fantastic Chef but she’s also a great friend.

Having been fortunate enough to be a guest of the Graham’s twice in the past year, both times for a lengthy period. I cannot speak highly enough of Christy’s cooking. Every evening she would work her magic in the kitchen. The end result would be five star dishes plated up for us to enjoy. Without a word of a lie the presentation and the quality of food would not be out of place in any of California’s up market restaurants. I cannot recommend Christy enough and I urge you to give her a try. I am quite sure you will not be disappointed. Thank you for introducing me to your asparagus lasagna. It ran out so fast at my party that I was happy you kindly made me a separate one for me. Christy all the food that you have prepared that I have eaten is soooo delicious and never a dissapointment. I love to cook but I have never really liked any one else's cooking until I started tasting yours; Christy you are a cook’s cook. It's great that you cook to the individuals liking. Whether they want to lose weight, build muscle, eat low sugar, low fat, low cholestoral, or even gain weight the proper way...you have all the answers in your meal preparations. I am thinking of a Christmas party this year....I want to see what ideas you'll have this time around.
